We Offer:

1. Coconut Water:

o What it is: The clear liquid found inside young, green coconuts.

o Health and Nutritional Benefits:

  1. Hydration: Excellent source of electrolytes (potassium, sodium, manganese, calcium, magnesium), making it great for rehydration, especially after exercise.
  2. Low in Calories and Sugar: Unflavored coconut water is a low-calorie alternative to sugary drinks.
  3. Muscle Function: High potassium content supports muscle function and may help prevent muscle cramps.
  4. Bone Health: Contains calcium and phosphorus, contributing to bone strength.
  5. Digestion: Can act as a mild laxative due to its potassium content, aiding in preventing constipation.

2. Coconut Meat (Flesh):

· What it is: The white, firm edible part inside the coconut. It can be fresh, shredded, or dried.

· Health and Nutritional Benefits:
